Dubai real estate investment, advised personally

Dubai is one of the few property markets where every sale is registered and published by the government, so you can invest on facts instead of adverts. I help investors choose the right area, project and payment plan, and I stay with you after the purchase.

Why investors choose Dubai

No annual property tax, no capital gains tax on property, freehold ownership for foreigners in designated areas, and residency visas linked to property value. Rental yields in many communities are higher than in London, Paris or Singapore.

How I advise

Thirteen years in UAE banking and real estate taught me to read a deal like a lender: cash flow, payment plan, service charges and exit price. Every recommendation is checked against Dubai Land Department sales, not asking prices.

After you buy

Your Investor Hub portal reminds you before every off-plan instalment, keeps your tenancy and cheque dates, and alerts your landlord renewal 70 days ahead with a rental index check.

Questions investors ask

Can foreigners buy property in Dubai?

Yes. Foreigners can buy freehold property in designated areas such as Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate and many more.

What is the minimum investment for a Dubai property?

Studios in established communities start from around AED 500,000. Off-plan projects often need only 10 to 20 percent at booking, with the rest paid during construction.

Do I get a visa when I buy property in Dubai?

Property worth AED 2 million or more can qualify for a 10-year Golden Visa, subject to the current rules of the Dubai Land Department and immigration authorities.
